- If our team arrives at the scheduled location and cannot access the property, a call-out fee may apply.
6. Liability & Damage Policy
- Life is Maid takes great care in handling your property. However, we are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage to surfaces, furniture, or fixtures.
Items left unsecured, including valuables or fragile belongings. - Accidental damage unless reported within 24 hours of service completion.
If damage occurs, we will assess and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include reimbursement up to a reasonable limit.
7. Service Limitations
Our cleaning services do not include:
- Hazardous material handling (e.g., biohazards, mold removal).
- Heavy lifting or furniture moving.
- Cleaning in unsafe conditions (e.g., pest infestations, exposed wiring).
If our team encounters conditions beyond our scope of service, we may decline or modify the service at our discretion.

To maintain a safe work environment:
- Clients must secure pets or inform us in advance if pets will be present.
- Clients must ensure safe access to the cleaning area (e.g., unlocked doors, no hazardous conditions).

- The complete removal of permanent stains, deep-seated dirt, or extreme damage.
- That surfaces will not experience wear from cleaning products.
